College Park Area Redevelopment Plan

The City of Grande Prairie initiated the process of preparing a new Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) for the College Park neighbourhood in 2019. The original College Park ARP was adopted in 1999. The new plan takes a look at how the neighbourhood has changed over the past 20 years and establishes a vision for the area to guide future development and improvement projects.

The project is in the 4th and final phase: Plan Review and Adoption. Public events were held throughout 2019 and 2020 for each phase of the project. The feedback gathered at these events was used to identify key issues and opportunities for the plan to address, as well as to gain input on potential plan options.

In this phase of the project, we are asking for input on the draft plan. The draft plan and other project documents can be viewed in the Document Library on the right side of this page.
