College Park Area Redevelopment Plan

The City of Grande Prairie is reviewing the Area Redevelopment Plan for the College Park Neighbourhood. An Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) is a plan that guides future development and redevelopment in a neighbourhood. ARP's can address many topics including building appearance, land use, and public amenity improvements.

Project Status

Unfortunately the College Park Redevelopment Plan Review is experiencing some delays as a result of COVID19. However, we want to reassure you that we are moving forward on the plan development and appreciate you've input along the way.

The Plan will not be presented to Council without proper community engagement. We are exploring ways to be effective in light of the limitations due to social distancing requirements.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Past Engagement

Public Engagement Sessions were held on Tuesday, June 18, 2019, Tuesday, September 17, 2019 and March 10, 2020 at the Ernie Radborne Pavilion in Muskoseepi Park . Please refer to the document library to review the engagement display boards and What we Heard Report.

If you are unable to attend the engagement sessions or require more information please don't hesitate to contact the project lead (contact information above).
