Consultation has concluded

The College Park Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) and associated bylaws were adopted on September 21, 2021. The new plan replaces the original College Park ARP that was adopted in 1999. The new plan takes a look at how the neighbourhood has changed over the past 20 years and establishes a vision for the area to guide future development and improvement projects.

The ARP includes a number of policies to guide future development in the area including what types of uses are appropriate in which locations and some guidelines for design. The plan also includes various neighbourhood improvement projects such as a Parking Strategy, tree planting, a neighbourhood entrance feature and more.
