Thank you for taking the time to complete the City of Grande Prairie’s Community Supports & Services Survey. We are gathering input from residents 18 years or older to better understand which social issues, support programs, and services matter most in our community.

Your feedback will help guide funding decisions, including the allocation of Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) funding. This survey will help ensure that community resources are directed to areas of greatest need and impact.
