Help Guide Community Supports & Services in Grande Prairie

As the City of Grande Prairie continues working to strengthen local supports and services, we want to hear from you. This is your chance to share feedback, highlight needs, and help shape priorities that reflect your vision for a healthy, connected community.

Your input will directly support the City’s efforts to build a stronger Grande Prairie through:

  • Enhancing Quality of Life
  • Building an Inclusive and Caring Community
  • Fostering Engaging Relationships

The City is inviting you to participate in the Community Supports & Services Survey, available from June 5 to July 4, 2025. The survey focuses on social issues, local programs, and services that affect the well-being of individuals, families, and the broader community.

Your feedback will help the City and its partners—through Family and Community Support Services (FCSS)—decide where to focus funding and plan programs that reflect local priorities.

Plus, as a thank you, you’ll have a chance to enter a prize draw for a $500 gift card for gas & groceries when you complete the survey.
