means any area or surface of a Parcel which hinders or prevents the natural infiltration or absorption of water into the soil including rooftops, driveways, parking areas, sidewalks, patios, artificial turf, hard packed surfaces (e.g., compacted gravel), shipping containers, other hardscaped or paved surfaces, and any other surfaced portions that do not allow for the natural absorption and infiltration of Stormwater into the ground.
