Consultation has concluded

The City of Grande Prairie is conducting its bi-annual Resident Satisfaction Survey from May 31 to June 19.

The goal of the survey is to gather valuable feedback from residents to measure satisfaction with municipal services and priorities among residents.

The feedback collected will help the City compare and assess community satisfaction overtime, better inform our decision-making process and help City Planning build a strong, vibrant and sustainable community.

About the Survey

Deloitte has been retained to complete the survey, which includes a telephone survey and then online survey following that. The survey collects responses from 400 telephone interviews based on a random sampling. The caller ID for the survey will be displayed as 1-877-392-0956 and the survey will take approximately 15 minutes.

Residents who receive a phone call are encouraged to participate and share feedback on their satisfaction with municipal services and to identify their priorities. All responses are anonymous.

The 2022 Citizen Satisfaction survey will be reviewed against the historical data from previous surveys and other municipalities for longer-term planning and prioritizing. Results will be made publicly available following the conclusion of the survey.

Online Survey

An online survey is open until August 5 for residents who did not participate in the telephone survey. Access the online survey here.

We thank you for your participation and look forward to incorporating the results to build a bright, thriving community.
