The City of Grande Prairie conducted its bi-annual Resident Satisfaction Survey from May 13 to 31.

The Resident Satisfaction Survey provides an unbiased assessment of how satisfied residents are with municipal services. It helps the City understand residents' priorities and allows for tracking changes in community satisfaction over time.

About the Survey

Forum Research Inc. has been retained to complete the survey, which collects responses from 400 telephone interviews based on a random sampling across both cell and landlines to gather representative and statistically valid results.


The survey included questions related to satisfaction of current services, views on property taxes and allocations of resources, communication strategies and resident priorities.
