Consultation has concluded

The City of Grande Prairie launched its Community Knowledge Campus Annual Survey from March 7-24, 2024. The purpose of the survey was to:

  • Determine the public's (member and non-member) general level of satisfaction with the current customer experience at CKC.
  • Gather valuable feedback from the public to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience through open-ended responses.
  • Assess the programs, amenities, and offerings that require attention.
  • Understand users' household demographics and recreation behaviors to inform the City of Grande Prairie's future actions and decisions.
  • Evaluate member satisfaction with existing member benefits of Eastlink Centre memberships and Grande Access Pass.
