The enforcement services dispatch telephone number is no longer on the website. I understand that the Citizen Contact Center takes the calls during the week but on the weekend there is no way to contact enforcement services if you don't already know the dispatch number. This should be updated. The Neighbourhood Eye Program only works (well) when residents can contact ES with concerns if they need immediate attention.

There is no contact information for the GIS department to obtain record drawings/maps ect.

https://www.cityofgp.com/ourdowntown, and many other links advertised throughout the town (such as the electric box painting link) are all non-functioning.

The site has become very confusing and difficult to navigate when looking for simple application forms. It seems as though you click on the necessary page and it loops you back to another summary page, never getting you to the actual forms.

I miss all the job board links that were on the old site. It was easy access to many jobs around Grande Prairie. The new site does look great though. Would love if this feature was included.

Infrastructure & Protective Services - CANCELLED. If I wasn't checking to see if meetings were on/off I would never know. There needs to be a way for people to sign up to get notifications of minutes and cancellations of minutes. Agenda and Minutes site doesn't say why the meeting was cancelled.Agenda software is very slow.Headers not obvious to the lay person. City Government is an example. Isn't everything 'city government'. City Service - isn't the majority of things done a service?
